在成長路上，我並沒有多大的書緣 - 因為討厭讀書，所以從沒有在校內取得好成績。而我過往也太在乎其他人的看法，因此時常對自己十分苛刻。打從一年前開始接受健身訓練，我發現過程令我改正了心態：我不再將年齡視為界限、也不會再急著令人刮目相看。我只需要為自己感到驕傲。我只有十七歲，而且已擁有巨大的夢想。相信如果幾年前我聽到自己今天的話，我一定會覺得自己很瘋狂。
加入Snap 對我的精神和體魄產生了巨大的影響，它不僅僅是一個很棒的氛圍，它令我愛上健身訓練的程度超乎我所想，它讓我更加渴望鍛練，並令我下定決心向著目標全力以赴。我一次又一次衝破目標，當我終於達成夢想能夠以最佳狀態參加比賽時，我會永遠記得我加入Snap的那一天，這是我健身之旅的重要一環。

Hands-down the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly and helpful and being open 24 hours leaves no excuses for not getting a workout in. Even during busy hours I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to get on equipment. Highly recommended 10/10.

Facilities are brand new and the club is really clean.

Snap fitness gym is full of friendly and helpful people. I have just joined and already excited and motivated to train! Amazing high tech machines and trainers who are friendly and ready to help you wherever they can! It’s safe and clean and I can positively say that my goals are 100% achievable here at Snap Fitness!

We are regular visitors to Wan Chai from Australia and during our stays we all visit this fantastic gym. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the equipment is new and modern. Their personal trainers are the best in the industry. We highly recommend joining Snap Fitness Wan Chai like we did. Well done guys and see you soon.
