1.

How long have i been coaching or playing tennis ?

7 years for coaching and 20 years for playing , long enough for me to feel a bit old :)
2.

Any specific time you don't coach ?

NO. as long as the court is open. i will be please to coach. from 7am to 11pm any day during the week.
3.

Does the quotation included everything like court fee etc ?

Normally it does. except for some special case like you want me to travel to your club, then the cost might be different. Also its depend on the location as well. thank you for the understanding.
4.

Will i be able to learn tennis even i am completely not a sport person ?

I believe everyone can. some people might pick up the skills quicker due to their background but i think we all need to trust ourselves before trying to achieve something , right ? So i strongly believe in everyone can play tennis, as long as they trusted me and pay attention to details
5.

What is your coaching style ?

Tennis is sport of science combine with player's feel. I will try to explain everything in a scientific way to make sure student has the right feeling of the tennis ball. I need every students to hit as much balls as possible to create the right feeling. Learn from failure is KEY.
6.

What should i bring for every session ?

Simple , your own racquet , tennis shoes, water bottle & sport drink (no coffee or red bull etc.), towel, hat & sunscreen for day session.
7.

What is your advice for people who want to improve their tennis ?

1. Be mentally prepared. You will have frustrations before becoming a good tennis player, even for leisure purpose. 2. Physically make sure you do enough cardio, NO heavy weight lifting a day before session. Do warm up, cool down. work out more on your core muscle and flexibility.
