我同Sam試完堂就即刻買堂喇,佢非常專業,講得好清楚,會根據我嘅程度去安排動作,慢慢加上去,鍛鍊到肌肉同時唔會太辛苦,每一堂都好充實,而且佢會提供情緒價值,不停鼓勵,唔會悶。時間都易約,會盡量配合我嘅schedule,場地乾淨人又少,我一個禮拜去兩次,每次一粒鐘,兩個月時間已經瘦咗、firm左、成個人靚左,非常有效,見到自己進步好開心,會繼續跟佢學
