Jimmy教練個人幾nice,好有耐性同你講解每個動作係鍛煉緊邊個部位,而且對住我呢D咁Kam嘅同學仔都好有耐性,完全未接觸過健身嘅新手都可以carry到,如果想操返好個身體,又係新手,可以試下揾Jimmy

本身有一年半左右健身經驗,不過係自學。Jimmy Sir好nice又專業,教左我點調整姿態同發力,發現用嘅重量低左但感受度高左。 唔係健身小白都可以一試,你會發現自己仍然有唔少進步空間👍🏻
