今日試堂, 試堂前已經諗好唔好即刻join , 提醒自己千祈唔可以衝動,試完堂要要諗清楚青Jimmy sir 係咪適合自己 。 當我今日試完堂,我知道無需再考慮,立即join咗Jimmy上 sir 。 Jimmy sir 好專業,教每一個動作,器械都非常清晰,好容易明白。好清楚解答我所有問題及我嘅不足, 睇得出呢位阿Sir好有經驗,好有熱誠,好真心幫助我改善我嘅問題。 絕對唔會浪費大家時間,絕對冇硬sell

虽然昨天只是在这边做了一次试堂,但是也能感受到Jimmy Sir非常专业。能够立刻看出我做动作的问题,在细节上做出调整,并且教我自己感受细节调整后肌肉发力感的不同。即使只是用了平时训练一半的重量,也能把目标肌肉练习得非常彻底!👍🏻
