Attended “Barre Formula 101” with Alice today, a class full of sweat and laughter! It was an energizing workout focused on arms legs and core muscle strengthening, but in a graceful way! Alice is an excellent teacher! Really enjoyable !

Nice and spacious workout place in centre of Kowloon, just 5min walk from Jordan station! I like their bath products, as well as the mat cleanser, stylish and unique!
