現在是一位私人游泳教練，

主要教成人，提供以下教學：

1）協助學生克服怕水

2）有自信地學習四種泳式

3）踩水及深水自救

4）泳式改良

I am Ray with 20 years coaching experiece, worked in swimming club as main coach to teach beginners and train swimmers.

I am a private swimming teacher now to teach adults.

I am able to help student:

1) overcome the fear of water in a few lessons (if u are a beginner and afraid of water)

2) be confident to learn 4 styles

3)familar with deep water, master treading water and deep water survival skill

4)and improve technique.
