Hello, my name is Anastasia, but children like to call me Miss Ana.
I am an experienced English Teacher for young learners. I specialize in teaching English to N-P.6 students. I have been working as a teacher for more than 4 years, 2 of which I've been a NET in HK local schools and kindergartens.
Because of my experience in teaching local kids, I can fully understand their needs and become their friend.
My lessons are based around the UK authentic students' books, such as Oxford Phonics World, Oxford Reading and Writing, Oxford Family and Friends, as well as Cambridge University Press (FUN for starters, movers and flyers). I also have a variety of authentic Storybooks which I like to use to teach reading. In my lessons I can use different strategies to engage and entertain the child, so he or she feels confident and comfortable.
