成人完全不會游😂 一開始教蛙式 第二堂不用浮板游到兩三下 第四堂連續游到25米加踩水(可以游深水) 第五堂已經可以連續游50米蛙式，仲可以教埋初階自由式 劉sir人超nice👍🏽
