☑️於2020年9月完成200小時完成瑜珈導師課程。專注於單對單同小班教學。

教學宗旨:
◾️瑜珈是一種靈性的修習,透過瑜珈中的冥想、呼吸、放鬆的環節,大家可以聆聽自己的身體,平靜自己煩躁的思緒,欣賞自己的堅持,發掘自己可進步的空間。
課堂中,我會用呼吸,配合身體式子練習,專注於心靈與身體的對話。同時間透過與學生之間的互動和溝通,配合不同學生的需要,讓課堂變得更有趣和具挑戰性。
希望在短短課堂里,同學可以盡情卸下所有負能量,不只帶走更強壯的身體,亦能帶走更放鬆的心靈。
