Been training here now for 8 weeks as part of their TF12 program. Always used to prefer training on my own but the results I have seen since working with Louis have been pretty incredible. Even with training 3 times a week you really have to put in extra work on your off days but if you want results and are prepared to work for them then this is the place for you!
The weak need not apply.
