Kam Fai Court is a newly completed HOS estate. Because the owner is fond of stylish design and walnut wood, the designer created this small house with rich industrial style. Originally, the unit had no partition except for the kitchen and toilet, and just like other new HOS flats, it only had one side window. The owner hopes to have two bedrooms, and both bedrooms also have windows to use. Therefore, the design changed the original location of the kitchen into a bedroom, and the kitchen was set at the end of the living room to make an open kitchen. In this way, even if there are two rooms, you can enjoy the window at the same time, and the living room also has a large window, which will not hinder the lighting of the living room. The designer specially made cement effect paint on one wall of the living and dining room and the back wall of the bed in the master bedroom to create an industrial-style feel.
