Service Overview Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese natural therapy guided by the principles of meridians and acupoints in Chinese medicine. It involves repeatedly scraping the skin with specially designed Gua Sha tools and applying corresponding techniques. This friction causes the skin to develop red, grain-like spots or dark red marks known as “Sha,” which helps promote blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, unblock meridians, expel cold, and detoxify the body.
