Service Overview Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese natural therapy guided by meridian and acupoint theory. Using specialized Gua Sha tools and specific techniques, the therapist repeatedly scrapes the skin surface to create localized red or dark red spots, known as “Sha.” This process promotes blood circulation, relieves muscle tension, unblocks meridians, dispels cold, and eliminates toxins from the body.
