With classes of up to 14 mats we offer a peaceful space for beginners to start their yoga journey and intermediate students to enjoy more personalised attention.
A deeper meaning of Aloha is "the joyful sharing of life energy in the present" or put simply "joyful living". This is why we chose to include it in our name - Yoga Aloha is a carefree space that allows this sharing to happen and seeks to create a community that cultivates love and peace.
