之前成日頭暈,以為自己食素引致飲食唔均衡,後來上咗Vegan Fitness同Napo教練傾,佢好耐心咁分享咗好多純素飲食同運動心得比我,一傾就傾咗個幾鐘,之後順理成章就成為咗佢學生。Napo教練好善於鼓勵學生挑戰自己體能極限同培養學生對運動嘅持續興趣,經過半年訓練,依家我嘅心肺功能同體能都有好大改善,已經好耐無頭暈,仲輕咗十幾磅添。
當初選擇Vegan Fitness,啲朋友都問點解唔去附近健身室要山長水遠入長沙灣,除咗呢間係本港第一間純素健身室外,友善嘅教練s和同學s,私隱度高嘅環境
