值得一提係 程教練 每次訓練前會花5~10分鐘替學員按摩肌肉&微微糾正骨架,隨左當刻覺得好舒暢鬆弛之外,接住之後訓練,表現真係會勁左.

初時係因為身體長期有不同部位肌肉較弱而引致身體成日攰無力同易拉傷!有幸遇上動物仔教練,非常細心每次都會按照當天身體狀況去設計最合適的訓練,經過專業指導,一年後我身體的肌力大大增強,仲成功完全根治了以為一世都會有的扁平足!而家企得耐都唔會咁易攰!非常有成功感!多謝所有vegan fitness上下教練同v 仔總教練的支援!多謝你們
