Horrible service if you stop paying for products they will treat you poorly. One tip， do not buy products in advance only purchase new deals once you finish your current one. Otherwise you can't get off the hook. This shop should be blacklisted fr

因投訴你們職員在本人已簽署的服務記錄後(未經本人同意下)刻意擅自修改內容，但投訴職員堅持內部記錄不會出錯及反指本人無理投訴。
幸好本人記得Ocean Spa公司WhatsApp 曾拍下職員擅自修改前記錄作證。惟多個月來多翻追問Ocean Spa 職員有否不誠實處理客人服務記錄也未得到仼何回覆。
