Introduction
I am a personal trainer. “No pain, no gain” is an old proverb, however, it could not be applied to all things in the world but fitness. Your success in your fitness journey is proportional to your effort. My belief is “All progress takes place outside the comfort zone, weak is a choice.”
In my journey, from afraid to be in the gym, to enjoying every second to train and coach. I was a skinny man and knew nothing about fitness. My priority was getting stronger and healthy. Eating salad, doing cardio and some weight, intake carbs, etc. However, I found that it wasn’t an ideal way to build a nice shape, that was the starting point of my fitness journey then. I started a weight training and powerlifting training program, and the results were beyond my expectations. Now I have six packs and strong body.
