Fitness Playground

Fitness Playground HK was originally intended as a outdoor recreational pastime for our close friends and families. As a team of brothers who share the same passion and ambitions towards leading a healthy lifestyle, we aspire to make a positive impact by sharing our knowledge and the unique benefits of CrossFit training to our growing family. Now, increasing in numbers, we are fortunate enough to share our passion and enrich the lives of more people within our local community in Hong Kong.

As the word spread about the positive changes our friends were going through after joining us for CrossFit Training, friends of friends started joining our family and quickly exceeded our capacity. We decided to make our training to the nearest playground, hence the inspiration behind "Fitness Playground". With the notion of outdoor fitness, moving CrossFit training to public parks, such as Victoria Park, Shatin Park, and Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park. Hosting outdoor fitness events and collaborating with other CrossFit affiliations such as CrossFit852 to promote Hong Kong's CrossFit community.

Today, thanks to those who continue to support of our ever-expanding Fitness Playground family, we're proud to offer our premium and customized training programs at our specially designed facility in Kowloon Bay. Come check it out, it'll feel like home.
