雖然機唔算最齊，但教練唔會hard sell,教學專業。service都做得好好，女友都幾鍾意佢地D Group class。

這間本為普通會員而設，但內裡設施相當斉全，地方寬廣，更勝港島三間白金會員中心(北角、銅鑼灣、上環)。茶水部多枱，閱報方便。

We have areas that are dedicated to specific workout needs, which includes gym floor, cardio theatre, free / loaded weights area, GX studio, freestyle area, cycling studio and lounge area. Convenient to reach by any type of transportation. You can choose to train alone, with a personal trainer or with a group in a class. Whichever you choose, we’ll be there to help.
