This place is quite remote, but it is properly managed and the scenery is stunning. The artificial lake is safe enough for water sport beginners.

創興水上活動中心位於西貢郊野公園內環境優美的萬宜水庫西壩旁，中心內廣闊的人工湖是進行水上活動的理想地點。此外，中心也是日營及露營活動的好去處。由於中心坐落西貢郊野公園，營友除可欣賞自然美景及萬宜水庫的景色外，亦可享受遠離都市繁囂的寧靜。中心逢星期四休息。
