在官塘地鐵站東廣場19樓位置算 方便， 只有一層地方不大， 非繁忙時間 尚可， 健身後可以坐下，睇下雜誌，放鬆下， 有個開揚觀境十分不錯。

細細間、得一層。設施唔多，不過非繁忙時間唔駛點等。基本上無教練煩你、同埋好在有開揚景。
