Update: Since posting this, the equipment has been serviced and pads replaced! Thank you! However it is getting more and more crowded, and more machines have been added. Although good, it makes it more cramped.

Needs heavier dumbells. Not enough 20kg plates. Nice decor and environment overall.

舒適堡 越嚟越多人 因為收埋啲唔使錢嘅人 反而原本畀咗月費的 就要排隊 排隊 在那些沒有付款的人的後面 才可以用到器械, 嗰啲教練 好鍾意拉人入房 特別係新仔 俾壓力佢哋 買健身訓練 有啲似黑社會, 以前有好多部電視 都可以用無線 收音機 聽到聲音 而家淨係得畫面 冇聲音 當我哋全部係龍嘅 都唔慳得幾多啫 交咗月費之後就搞到咁 人有越嚟越多 有啲被搵笨 嘅感覺, 其實我已經參加了30年 親眼目睹他由美孚開始 成長嘅經過 但係近年嘅質素 越嚟越濫， 收埋曬啲唔使畀錢 客人 ,阻住真係畀咗錢嘅
