本人熱愛健身。通常每星期都會去按摩以放鬆肌肉。之前試過不同的按摩店，最後來到「健康源」，認識推拿師「芬姐」。芬姐擁有西醫肌肉及筋膜結構的知識，運用手法準確摸出痛點，然後加以放鬆。她對肌肉結構的認識令我眼前一亮，讓我知道她與一般的按摩師不同。此外，我也欣賞芬姐對「痛症治療」的熱誠。她經常強調痛症治療有別於按摩。她會用心分析痛源（了解客人做什麼動作時會痛），並積極用力地為客人消除痛點。特別欣賞她會記錄客人的進度，適時調整治療方向。我認為這份執着是專業的表現。
