Alive Fitness

We are Alive Fitness, a team of personal fitness coaches with a wealth of teaching experience and passion for fitness. The team has a number of professional qualifications recognized in Hong Kong and internationally.

We will tailor the individualized curriculum for students, first lay the foundation for sports, then set fitness goals, and help students achieve their goals step by step in the most effective way.

The team will follow up the progress of the students regularly, provide appropriate dietary concepts and suggestions, and update the course content from time to time to enhance the fitness effect.

The time and sports combination is flexible, there is no hard-selling technique, and you can have fun on the court.

The venue is located in Alive Fitness, Tsim Sha Tsui, with convenient transportation and professional-grade facilities.
