我同Sam試完堂就即刻買堂喇,佢非常專業,講得好清楚,會根據我嘅程度去安排動作,慢慢加上去,鍛鍊到肌肉同時唔會太辛苦,每一堂都好充實,而且佢會提供情緒價值,不停鼓勵,唔會悶。時間都易約,會盡量配合我嘅schedule,場地乾淨人又少,我一個禮拜去兩次,每次一粒鐘,兩個月時間已經瘦咗、firm左、成個人靚左,非常有效,見到自己進步好開心,會繼續跟佢學

教練真係超專業,每次上堂都學到好多嘢,動作講解非常清晰!👍🏻 佢仲會提供埋飲食建議,令我操得更有效果~😋 最緊要係對新手超級友善,完全唔會覺得有壓力,強烈推薦俾啱啱開始健身嘅朋友!💪🏻🔥

Jimmy係一個非常專業嘅教練,我特登上多幾堂先留評價。佢非常友善,亦非常守時,總係比預定時間早到。Jimmy對人體嘅肌肉結構非常熟悉,會因應我嘅需要設計訓練課程,並且喺做動作時專心留意我嘅姿勢,少少偏差都會影響訓練效果。每堂都會上足60分鐘甚至更長,務求我完成嗰組訓練先會走。多謝Jimmy肯山長水遠黎我會所教我。非常推薦Jimmy教練!
