本人有多多年膝蓋髕骨痛問題 只是第一天上課 基本已經知道訓練方向 最厲害的是,本人長期駝背,健身教練專業地幫我推背,已經10分有效果 很幸運,可以在蛇年,找到一位好教練

My boyfriend and I have been doing PT with Henry together for 10 sessions. Henry has been attentive, making sure he explains which muscle we’re training, paying attention to and fixing our posture, while introducing new moves and gradually increasing our workout intensity. Will continue our training with him!
