早兩日年初四上人生第一次的yoga堂，一開始有啲呆滯，唔係好知自己要做乜，唯有係咁𥄫人地同研究啲動作點做。
好彩instructor一開始就問邊個係第一次上堂，每個動作佢都會係我地隔離詳細示範一次，仲會不斷幫我/教我做返啱啲動作，其實好感動，成堂都有被take care嘅感覺，而且做到啲筋骨啪啪聲，拉鬆咗全身啲筋好開心😊
好多自己唔敢做嘅動作instructor都會俾好大信心我，真係估唔到我竟然第一堂就做到圖入面個動作俾我影上黎打卡🤪
