Globe group 在2017年成立，負責人Norman由室內設計科畢業，project manager出身，入行9年。自家的師傅團隊由公司開設時合作至今已有6年。擅長簡約、日式設計。
值得一提的是，他們有2-3間合作了5年以上的傢俬廠，能夠就著客人的設計和傢俬廠的強弱項分派訂單，以祈生產出最理想的傢俬成品。並且，Norman對傢俬質素和安裝手工都十分重視，必定是委派自家木工師傅進行安裝，以確保手工仔細美觀；大大避免了由傢俬廠師傅進行安裝的手工參差現象。
至於工程跟進方面，Globe group 對於每個工程都會提供充足的設計圖（如水電圖、3D圖、傢俬圖等等），讓客人能夠對工程有更清晰的概念。由於Norman自身是project manager出身，亦會親身到現場進行監工，以確保工程進度和品質符合客戶的要求，並且及時處理任何可能出現的問題。
