We have areas that are dedicated to specific workout needs, which includes gym floor, cardio theatre, free / loaded weights area, GX studio, freestyle area, cycling studio and lounge area. Convenient to reach by any type of transportation. You can choose to train alone, with a personal trainer or with a group in a class. Whichever you choose, we’ll be there to help.

This one is originally designed for ordinary members, but the facilities inside are quite complete and the space is wide, which is better than the three platinum member centers on Hong Kong Island (North Point, Causeway Bay, Sheung Wan). There are more than one tea department, which is convenient for reading newspapers.
